HPL first generation board

The compact laminate board is also called HPL board, Phenolic board. It is made of multi-layer black or brown cowhide phenolic or urethane resin, double face decorative color paper that immersed in melamine resin, laminated and pressed on 150°C steel plate at high pressure (1430psi) .

Regular size

1220*1830, 1220*2440, 1220*3050, 1530*1830, 1530*2440, 1530*3050, special sizes can be customized.

regular thickness

1.0MM, 2.5MM, 3MM, 4MM, 6MM, 8MM, 12MM, 16MM, 18MM special thickness can be customized ((1~25MM can be customized).

performance

Waterproof: the board will not expand when boiled
Fire protection: Class B1
Corrosion resistance: urine will not corrode the material for a long time
Easy to clean: not easy to stain, just clean with dirty water
Impact resistance: solid material, not easy to break
